The M&E Engineering Division provides various M&E Engineering and Consultancy Services which complement the IFM Division. Among the services provided are Building Automation System (BAS) Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Control, supply and installation works, firefighting services, plumbing and sanitary services, lift systems and industrial motors and transformer maintenance.

This division also designs, install and maintains central vacuum systems and central refuse collection system for residential, commercial and industrial properties. To complete the suite of services provided, the M&E Division is also involved in development in microelectronics, software products, manufacturing and distribution of consumer electronics and security related products, such as digital video recorders systems and high level enterprise wide security access wide card systems and smart card systems.
